John Spink is a Faculty Instructor at the National Food Safety & Toxicology Center at Michigan State University. John holds Bachelor and Master degrees from Michigan State University School of Packaging, is the Director of the MSU Packaging Anti-Counterfeit Research (ACR) Group, and is pursuing his PhD in Packaging at Michigan State University. He also serves as the Founder/Chair of the Packaging Subcommittee for the Agriculture & Food Protection Strategy Team with the State of Michigan, raising awareness of packaging solutions to food safety risks.
