Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine now offers a four-course (12 credit hour) Online Certificate Program in Food Safety.
These courses provide professionals the knowledge and skills to excel as food safety leaders while concurrently maintaining their professional and personal lives. Any four (4) courses may be taken in any sequence to satisfy the requirements for a Certificate from Michigan State University indicating your successful completion of the Certificate Program in Food Safety.
Participants in the certificate program may apply course credit toward a degree program at MSU or another institution.
