Albert Hafner is an Adjunct Instructor for the Institute of Food Laws and Regulations at Michigan State University. Mr. Hafner received his Masters degree in Food Science from Michigan State University and is a consultant and frequent speaker on MSU and local food law and agriculture issues. He is also past president of the North Central Association of Food and Drug Officials, and the Great Lakes section of the Institute of Food Technologists. He brings with him over 30 years of experience as a food technologist for the Michigan Department of Agriculture.
